Reports from South Africa claim that Steven Pienaar has agreed personal terms on a move to Everton.

The Spurs man has not flown out to America with the rest of their squad for pre-season, and David Moyes has said that the deal is inching closer.

However, Everton are still waiting on funds from a potential deal to take Joseph Yobo to Fenerbache, but the Turkish side are stalling and do not want to match Everton’s valuation.

It seems that everything is in place for the deal to go through, except the cash.
